Bringing Light
Emotionally intelligent leaders not only transform organizations, they impact people's lives. The pace of business and life today can often push us to move at speeds that are both imbalanced and ineffective. If we aren’t mindful, we can easily lose sight of our vision, our purpose - our internal compass.
My internal compass always points towards helping teams, organizations, and leaders move beyond the barriers that undermine their direction, hard work, and obligation towards the greater good. It’s an intrinsic focus on direction more than speed, through the constant pursuit of bringing light.
Leading People Through Change Is Every Leader’s Greatest Test
I’ve Watched Brilliant People Fail at It.
I’ve Also Watched Ordinary Leaders Succeed at It.
Most leaders are managing transformation. The most effective ones are feeling their way through it with their people. Research has said for over two decades: 70% of transformations fail. The reason isn’t strategy. It’s disconnection. Your team isn’t disengaged because of the change. They’re disengaged because they were never truly brought into it. Leaders who reciprocate with emotional awareness build the collective consciousness that makes transformation possible.
My upcoming book, Reciprocate to Transform, teaches you how!
Inspire positive change, influence and
motivate people towards an unseen future.
These are the three most important actions I believe one should have when leading transformational change. I have not only desired to inspire and influence my leaders within my industry through the pen, but I’ve also done so through conference presentations, keynote speeches, and podcast interviews.

How do you customize change? By starting over – by changing yourself.
Changing oneself is not easy, yet it is a fundamental element to reach expertise in any field. While we may start with a vision, being able to adjust that vision based on diverse inputs and perspectives is essential to being an effective leader and influencer of change.
It’s now my mission to help our next generation of leaders understand that being a leader doesn’t mean that you have to have everything figured out all at once. It simply means that you need to learn how best to change self and the situation to reach your optimal results.
